  • Brandon Wilcox

    Hey! I’m Brandon Wilcox, I grew up in Bellingham WA and spent most of my childhood taking advantage of the outdoors and playing sports in the Pacific Northwest. I was recruited to play basketball at Point Loma Nazarene University which brought me to San Diego in 2005. I fell in love with San Diego over the next couple years as I earned my degree in business management. I come from a long line of service oriented sales professionals and knew I wanted to work with people. I was really inspired to start a career in real estate as I watched my wife’s grandmother, (who has been a Realtor her entire life) connect with people, and build a community of clients that became friends. I knew I wanted to create something just like that for me and my family so I went out and earned my real estate license in 2007. I started my career on one of the country’s top producing teams selling more than 100 homes a year, every year, which was a great environment to learn what it takes to be successful! Then in 2017, my partner Ernesto and I decided to start our own team and align with long time friends at Dentt Properties. We started a residential sales division as well as a property management company. We are here as a truly full service real estate company that covers all of San Diego county! We value relationship above all and truly love serving our families, friends, clients and the San Diego community.

    Born and Raised in San Diegan, attended Valhalla High School and studied International Business at SDSU. Became bilingual while in college attended the University of Colima, a small town outside of Guadalajara, Mexico. I got into Real Estate when I was out of college and bought my first property at 22. I decided to follow my passion and make a career out of Real Estate when the market crashed in 2008. In my spare time I spend as much time with my wife and daughters who all share my passion for the ocean. I am a Golf fanatic, love playing guitar, cooking and learning as much as I can about Real Estate. My motto is every day you have an opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life.     A San Diego County Resident for 37 years, and an active real estate broker for the last 32 years, Bill moved to San Diego in 1985 to attend San Diego State University, where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate and began his career in real estate by working as a commercial real estate agent in 1990, leasing and selling commercial and industrial properties.

    Bill then transitioned to residential real estate 1999, becoming business partners with Gary Kent, a top real estate agent with RE MAX Associates in La Jolla where the scope of his practice focused on buyer representation for first time home buyers, move up home buyers, and real estate investors.

    In 2011 Bill joined Keller Williams, the world largest real estate brokerage in the world. Bill and his business partner Brian Cane were top agents at Keller Williams La Jolla, earning the top triple platinum sales award from Keller Williams for 6 years in a row.

    In addition to being a full time real estate broker, Bill is an avid real estate investor, who is actively involved in buying and managing his own income properties.

    Today, Bill is a member of the Pete Middleton Team with eXp Realty in La Jolla which sold $160,000,000 of real estate in 2021.

    When not working, Bill enjoys being out in the ocean, either surfing, paddling his surf ski, or paddle-boarding.

    A believer in giving back, Bill actively supports Charity Water, a foundation committed to providing clean drinking water to people in developing nations.
